Dr Michiel van den Brand, pathologist (Arnhem)

"Pathology is advancing rapidly with increased subspecialisation and use of molecular techniques. Optimal communication with requesting clinicians is a very important component. The collaboration within Pathology-DNA makes it possible to have access to the latest techniques, with close links to the requesting clinicians and their patients".

Michiel van den Brand (1984) studied Medicine at the Radboud University in Nijmegen (2009), followed by pathologist training in the Radboudumc Nijmegen, Jeroen Bosch Hospital Den Bosch, and PAMM Foundation Eindhoven.
