Monica van Zanten studied medicine at Radboud University in Nijmegen. After training as a pathologist at the Radboudumc, the Jeroen Bosch Hospital and the Canisius Wilhelmina Hospital (CWZ), she worked at the CWZ in Nijmegen. She has been a pathologist at the Jeroen Bosch Hospital since December 2022. She is a member of the NVVP Committee for Continuing Education & Professional Training.
