Laurette Harterink studied Medicine at the Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen in 2013. Directly after, she studied Pathology at the Radboudumc Nijmegen, Canisius Wilhelmina Ziekenhuis Nijmegen and Rijnstate. During her studies she specialised in Gynecopathology and Hematopathology. She also focused on teaching. Since completing her studies, she has been working as a pathologist at Pathologie-DNA at the Rijnstate location.
