After studying Higher Laboratory Education, Marjolein Lentjes-Beer studied Medicine at Maastricht University. After this study programme, she specialised further to become a pathologist. Immediately after her training to become a medical specialist (2015), she started as a pathologist in Eindhoven where she further explored the focus areas of gynaecologic pathology and molecular pathology.
